can help if you want, giving me your favourite recipes, but I can also plan a
menu based just on our discussions, and you approve it before I go shopping. | | |

will go to your favourite grocery store and get everything I need for your chef
service. I can also go to the gourmet shop or health food store, stock up at the
warehouse or check out special sales. | | |

will bring everything I need to your kitchen, and spend from three to six hours
cooking, baking and assembling all the food you need for one or two weeks or a
month. Then I label and store everything in the fridge or freezer, clean up the
kitchen and leave you with detailed re-heating and finishing instructions for

can shop for all your groceries, not just those used in the service visit.

more running to the store for pet food, snacks, fabric softener or light bulbs.
Just leave a list…I can come for the afternoon,
get everything ready for your dinner with the boss or a cocktail party with friends…
then will sneak away and let you take all the credit! I
can do your Christmas baking, leave you the beginnings of a great holiday dinner
for your family or go on a quick shopping trip to feed those unexpected guests. | | |
